By accessing or using our skip hire services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Skip Hire Services

Renewable Energy Marketing provides skip hire services across Leicester, Belfast, London, Edinburgh, Norwich, Coventry, Doncaster, and Cork. Our services include:

• Skip delivery and collection
• Various skip sizes (4-40 yard)
• Waste disposal in accordance with environmental regulations
• Council permit arrangements where required

3. Booking and Payment

When you submit a lead form or request a quote:

• You provide accurate and complete information
• You agree to be contacted regarding your enquiry
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Payment terms will be agreed upon confirmation of booking

4. Prohibited Waste

The following items cannot be placed in our skips:

• Hazardous materials (asbestos, chemicals, oils)
• Electrical appliances and batteries
• Tyres
• Medical waste
• Gas cylinders

5. Permits and Placement

For skips placed on public property:

• Council permits are required and will be arranged by us
• Additional costs apply (£35-70)
• Processing typically takes 3-5 working days
• You must ensure safe and legal placement

6. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Damage caused by incorrect skip placement
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
